**IT Help Desk Support Specialist****Responsibilities**:- Support multiple offices with IT, networking, and hardware setup- Collaborate with corporate teams and senior management- Manage multiple projects and assist in new location integrations- Provide IT support across the organization- Other duties as assigned**Requirements**:- Fluent in **English & Spanish**- Strong computer systems knowledge- **1-3 years relevant experience; maximum of 5 years experience**:- **Associate’s Degree in IT or related field** (new grads welcome)- Ability to work independently and in a team- Knowledge of remote access, networking, Apple MDM, and PC setup- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills**Benefits**- IMSS 100%- Vacation time off (after the first year)- Christmas bonus- Paid training- Weekends off- Mexican holidays off
