Therefore, we need talented, innovative people who are passionate about what they do.- For more information, please visit- We are currently looking for a**Talent Acquisition Scheduling Analyst****Main purpose**:- The analyst will be responsible for scheduling process for the internal & external staffing process, within a specific area of business, function or geography**Responsibilities****Accountabilities**:- Execute and deliver interview scheduling for US- Good customer service- Meeting Service Level Agreements timing and delivery- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time-- Ability to thrive in a metrics driven organization.**Qualifications****Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Psychology, HR or related)-- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook-- Proficient English oral and written communication skills-- Demonstrate the ability to interface effectively with all levels throughout the organization by way of excellent written and oral communication skills.-- Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills-- Collaborative teammate-- Appreciate the need to always handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and-- Displays curiosity and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong client partnerships-- Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organizations.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo****INTERNAL CANDIDATES**:- Having worked at least 18 months in your current function.-- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years.- Having not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 months.
