**Wealth Products Manager****Propósito del Puesto**:Responsable de la gestión del producto o solución Wealth a su cargo, incluyendo (pero no limitado a) las siguientes funciones:- Diseño, medición y seguimiento de reportes, análisis y KPIs para: 1) monitorear el cumplimiento de la estrategia comercial y financiera del producto, 2) generar estrategias para impulsar la venta y maximizar la rentabilidad del producto- Diseño, implementación y gestión de herramientas de capacitación y venta para el equipo comercial- Diseño y coordinación de lanzamiento de campañas comerciales, eventos y comunicación con clientes- Coordinaci- n de proyectos e iniciativas para mejorar procesos end-2-end del producto y generar sinergias**Principales Responsabilidades**:- Garantizar la disponibilidad de información y análisis estratégicos para la planeación, administración y gestión del producto- Diseñar y eficientar procesos end-2-end para la correcta operación del producto apegado a la regulación y lineamientos internos.- Asegurar que la fuerza de ventas conozca y entienda las características del producto (incluyendo oferta comercial, precio, marco regulatorio, procesos de contratación, operación y post-venta).- Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio y de lineamientos internos (governance) del producto.- Actuar como primera línea de defensa en la administración de los riegos inherentes a la oferta y operación del producto**Liderazgo y Trabajo en Equipo**:- Liderazgo en implementación de proyectos basados en conocimientos del producto y enfocado en objetivos estratégicos- Trabajo en equipo eficiente alineado a las políticas institucionales- Estrecha colaboración y sinergia con equipos comerciales, de operación, IT, Digital, Riesgos, 2nd y 3rd LODRequirements**Conocimiento de la Función**:- Licenciatura con enfoque en Finanzas, Administración o carrera afín- Certificación AMIB 3 (deseable)- Fuertes capacidades analíticas y numéricas- Manejo avanzado de herramientas office y bases de datos (programación en SQL, SAS y Visual Basic preferible) para generar análisis para toma de decisiones y gestión estratégica- Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva en inglés- Excelentes habilidades para administrar y ejecutar proyectos coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios- Inglés avanzadoEn HSBC esperamos que nuestra gente se trate con dignidad y respeto, creando una cultura incluyente que promueva igualdad de oportunidades.Nuestros valores definen quiénes somos como organización y lo que nos distingue, valoramos la diferencia, avanzamos juntos, nos hacemos responsables de nuestras acciones, usamos el buen juicio, hacemos lo correcto y hacemos que las cosas sucedan.En HSBC nos encontramos orientados a garantizar la igualdad de género y capacitación constante hacia nuestros empleados, así como a la protección de sus derechos laborarles y sociales.“En HSBC ofrecemos a nuestros colegas un mayor número de días para que puedan disfrutar al máximo su boda, cuidar al nuevo integrante de la familia, o vivir el duelo por la pérdida de algún familiar.Nuestro paquete de permisos con goce de sueldo **está a la vanguardia en México.****Ahora tienes una** razón más para ser HSBC y vivir con orgullo una cultura de bienestar integral, balance y auto cuidado”.
