**Employment Status**: Full-time**Location**: This position is located in Leon, GTO, Mexico**Schedule**: M - F Onsite,**Reports To**:Head of Sourcing & Supply Chain**Benefits/Perks**- Competitive Pay**Summary**:This position is responsible for providing organization and structure to support the sourcing and buying team. The production and quality control analyst will oversee production planning and quality inspection reports to make sure production orders are delivered on time and they comply with the quality standards.**Key Responsibilities**:This person will have responsibility managing relationships and processes with our factories. To do this, she/he will:- Assist and review initial and on-going QA, Social Compliance and any potential audit requested by our customers and from Gymreapers standards within our factory base.- Implement Gymreapers quality assurance and quality control processes within each factory.- When necessary, coordinate with the factory, and/or the 3rd party quality inspection company to understand and provide communication of quality issues and CAP’s (corrective action plans).- Validate all documentation is completed for lab testing, fitting, samples approval, proper packaging, product labels following the Gymreapers standards.- Validate physical & chemical testing (RSL) has been completed before production and pass any USA and Gymreapers requirement.- Ensure the factory has executed testing and inspection on the finished product.- Review finesse assessment to understand buyer comments/concerns on samples.- Responsible for following run and rate, ramp up, production process and final inspection of product to accept/reject PO. Communicate order completion to demand planner to confirm product is available to ship.- Responsible for reviewing electronic data and quality reports to inspect and release PO before shipping.- Production planning and control- Coordinate Queue Management and/or Production scheduling.- Ensure continuous needs/resources balance for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products.- Planning and control of pre series and ramp up production.- Responsible for working with the factories and providing the target timing to hit requested delivery dates.- Support our sourcing and quality team in different tasks.**What You’ll Bring**- A 4 year degree is preferred.- Prior experience working for apparel and/or sport equipment companies preferred.- Effective understanding of cultural diversity & good intercultural communication.- Highly organized, good communicator**.**:- Proactive, self-motivated.- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.- Effective prioritizing and time management skills.- Understanding of Engineering /Manufacturing Process is a plus- Capacity for problems analysis and synthesis- Proficiency in Excel- Gymreapers LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
