Ofrecemos retos y oportunidades para el desarrollo personal y profesional**Estamos solicitando: Customer Care Aduanas****¿Cuáles serían tus responsabilidades?**- Atención al Cliente- Reportar status en tiempo y forma de los embarques al Cliente- Gestión de trámites aduanales- Identificación y solicitud de documentos para la debida operación- Coordinar y dar seguimiento del proceso de importación / exportación de aduana hasta destino final con Cliente- Realización de cartas necesarias para despacho, y firma del cliente- Coordinar que los tiempos del despacho de mercancía con agentes aduanales se cumplan- Realizar cotizaciones a clientes de forma eficiente**Formación / Cualificaciones / Certificados / Requisitos**- Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado (Indispensable)- Licenciatura en negocios internacionales, comercio exterior, relaciones internacionales o carrera afín.- 1 año mínimo en Agencia Aduanal o Forwarder.- Conocimientos en Pedimentos, Restricciones arancelarias y no arancelarias, Ley aduanera, Incoterms**OFRECEMOS**- Prestaciones de ley- Horario de Lunes a Viernes- Pagos quincenales.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, IndefinidoSalario: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Seguro de vidaIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
