**Únete a SUZUKI**Estamos buscando tu talento como:**Asesor de Capacitación de Producto****Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Pedagogía, Psicología, Administración o carrera afín.- Disponibilidad para viajar.- Licencia de conducir vigente y experiência manejando transmisión manual y automática.- Experiência en el mismo puesto en alguna agencia automotriz (INDISPENSABLE)**Conocimientos deseables**:- Edición de contenido (Filmora, Toonly u otras herramientas).- Manejo de plataformas LMS y conocimientos en diseño instruccional.- Dominio de Excel a nível intermedio.**Responsabilidades principales**:- Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar cursos de capacitación para áreas comerciales.- Elaborar boletines con novedades y actualizaciones de producto.- Crear manuales y materiales comparativos entre productos.- Traducir y generar fichas técnicas.- Programar e implementar el calendario de capacitaciones (presencial y en línea).- Administrar el presupuesto destinado a capacitación.- Impartir cursos y evaluar la transferencia de conocimientos.- Elaborar reportes mensuales y gestionar la comprobación de gastos.**Ofrecemos**:- Salario competitivo.- Prestaciones superiores a las de la ley.- Horario laboral de lunes a viernes.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $24,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Producto Automotriz: 3 años (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
