Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.- Source mid/senior level IT, Admin professionals, in the Mexico market Entry Level positions- Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, reviews job descriptions for vacancies.- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.- Performs other related duties as assigned.- Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels- Keep up to date with new technological trends to form strategic conversations with clients on future hiring needs**Skills and Qualifications**- Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter Entry Level- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT/Admin roles Entry level- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.**Preferred Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, communications or equivalent experience- 2-3+ years Tech/Admin recruitment experience- Operational recruitment experience is a plus- ** #LI-MC1**:**Joining our team isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity.
