We support our insurance company affiliates by offering property and casualty insurance products inclusive of personal auto, homeowners, RV, motorcycle, small business auto insurance and more.**Key Responsibilities**:- Assists with building a client strategy based on business goals and the client’s talent philosophy/strategy.- Gathers and analyzes competitive industry information regarding salary, benefits, and employment practices.- Serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment advice, consultation, and education to determine position requirements and effective recruitment strategies.- Provides consulting services and build collaborative relationships with internal clients (HRBPs, hiring managers, senior leaders); provide updates and conduct status calls based on client need (reporting, sourcing efforts, and recruiting analytics)- Assists with consulting services to client; and assists with staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education.- The individual will work with internal clients and external resources to ensure that Talent Acquisition strategies, programs and tools provide a pipeline of qualified talent for employee positions**Education**:- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)**Experience**:- 2 or more years of experience (preferred)**Supervisory Responsibilities**:- This job does not have supervisory duties.**Education & Experience (in lieu)**:- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.At Integon, great things happen when our people work together.
