Son responsables de brindar soporte, mantenimiento preventivo y reparaciones de equipos y sistemas.**Lo que harás**- Actuarás como enlace con líderes empresariales técnicos, gerentes de instalaciones y otros clientes internos y externos para prever la demanda de trabajo y los entregables del proyecto.- Gestionarás, planificarás, coordinarás, programarás y supervisarás la carga de trabajo, los plazos y las actividades diarias de los miembros del equipo de soporte para garantizar la prestación eficaz de los servicios.- Trabajarás con los líderes empresariales para resolver prioridades conflictivas.- Coordinarás y supervisarás las actividades diarias del equipo.- Aplicarás conocimientos avanzados para buscar y desarrollar nuevos y mejores métodos para lograr los objetivos individuales y departamentales.- Capacitar a otros para que desarrollen conocimientos y experiência profundos en la mayoría o en todas las áreas de la función.- Liderar con el ejemplo y modelar comportamientos coherentes con los valores de CBRE RISE.- Influir en el logro de los objetivos del cliente, operativos, de proyecto o de servicio en equipos multidisciplinarios.
