Osolot is looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Analyst to design and implement functional and cost-efficient IT systems. Analyst responsibilities include prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. If you also have hands-on experience with technical projects, we'd like to meet you. Your goal will be to leverage tech solutions to meet organizational needs.**Responsibilities**:- As part of the management of the CMDB, this role will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and build relationships to promote close alignment with multiple lines of business.- Support design, development, and implementation of automated processes for gathering, populating, and maintaining CMDB data.- Drive transformation of the CMDB to align with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM.**Requirements**:- Experience at maintaining enterprise hardware and software configuration items (CIs), ensuring data integrity, and tracking assets within a ServiceNow CMDB.- Knowledge of CMDB best practices as part of a large Operations and Maintenance team to meet business and IT requirements.- Demonstrated knowledge of IT infrastructure to identify the relationships between configuration items.- The CMDB Administrator is responsible to help define, implement and integrate Configuration Management policies and procedures to support the configuration management database (CMDB).- Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role.- Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting.- Understanding of business practices.- Excellent communication skill.- Conversational English level**Note**: Bachelor Degree is not requiredTipo de puesto: Por obra o tiempo determinado, Tiempo completoDuración del contrato: 12 mesesSalario: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicosIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
