Lead teams and actions to optimize cost performance within the manufacturing site. Support cost effective decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting data to evaluate and recommend cost effective measures within the organization.**This position reports to**:Business Controller**Your responsibilities**:- Cost Optimization. Defines strategies together with Operations, SCM and logistics to ensure productivity and cost control in the Factory in the areas of manufacturing, supply chain and transportation.- Cost Accounting and ERP maintenance from cost point of view. Establish checks and SOX controls related to cost accounting and inventory management, always ensuring that the factory is accounting cost according to USGAAP and local regulations.- Inventory Management. Establish goals and actions to ensure an efficient management of inventory. Works with operations to manage raw material and WIP in the most efficient way. Establishes robust procedures for short cycle counts and annual physical inventory counts. Ensures that E&O impacts are kept at the minimum in the factory.- Cost Performance by Product. Evaluates and measures the performance of products manufactured in the factory from a cost point of view. Tracks the development of key cost components and ensures to provide that development to product management and LPG management for business decisions.- Evaluation of CAPEX and Investments. Works together with manufacturing and operations to evaluate possible investment decisions, always ensuring high and quick return of investments for the factory.- Communication with stakeholders. Ensures timely and efficient communication with relevant Local/Country/Division/Region Controllers, Accounting Center, and other internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality and efficiency for area of responsibility.**Your background**:- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting- 5+ years of experience- Knowledge in ERP (SAP) FICO Model, ETO Knowledge, OFFICE- Advanced English Level- Type of Experience: Manufacturing / Cost Accounting / Finance**More about us**:
