As an owner operated family company, our name is synonymous with long-term, sustainable commercial success.Job summaryObjetivo del Puesto: Supervisar, coordinar y ejecutar las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo de maquinaria, equipos y servicios generales, garantizando la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los activos productivos, así como el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad de la industria automotriz.**Responsibilities**:Funciones Principales: - Supervisar el cumplimiento del plan de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo. - Coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento correctivo, asegurando una rápida atención a fallas críticas. - Gestionar los recursos humanos y materiales para mantener la continuidad operativa. - Dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño de mantenimiento - Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad industrial y medio ambiente. - Llevar el control de repuestos y consumibles necesarios para las tareas de mantenimiento. - Coordinar trabajos de mantenimiento mayor en paros de línea o mantenimientos programados. - Apoyar en la instalación y puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos o líneas de producción. - Registrar las actividades en el sistema de gestión de mantenimiento. - Elaborar reportes de fallas, causas raíz y acciones correctivas. - Coordinar personal interno y contratistas externos para tareas especializadas.**Profile**:Requisitos del Puesto: - Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica, Electrónica, Mantenimiento Industrial o afín. - Más de 3 años de experiência como Supervisor - Inglés Intermedio avanzadoWhat we offerLooking for a new challenge and armed with professional skills and experience.
