And we’re looking for others who also find that to be motivating.**Location**: Chihuahua, Chihuahua, MX**Experience Level**: 3-6 years**Employment Type**: Full-time**Position Overview****Key Responsibilities**- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines for data processing and transformation- Integrate healthcare EHR system APIs and FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) APIs- Integrate other external APIs and third-party services into existing systems- Develop and maintain database schemas and queries using SQLAlchemy- Collaborate with AI platforms including Anthropic and OpenAI APIs- Evaluate and monitor AI pipeline performance, implementing improvements and updates to ensure optimal results- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions**Required Qualifications**- **Experience**: 3-6 years of professional software development experience- **Programming**: Strong proficiency in Python with demonstrated experience in production environments- **Database**: Hands-on experience with SQLAlchemy ORM and database design principles- **AI Integration**: Practical experience working with AI APIs and tools, specifically:- Anthropic Claude API- OpenAI API (GPT models, embeddings, etc.)- Experience evaluating AI system performance and implementing improvements- **Pipeline Development**: Proven experience building either:- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines- AI pipelines for data processing and evaluation- **API Integration**: Strong background in integrating external services and RESTful APIs, including- **Version Control**: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)- Experience with additional databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)- Understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices- Healthcare EHR (Electronic Health Record) system APIs- FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) APIs**Technical Skills**- **Languages**: Python (primary), SQL- **Frameworks**: SQLAlchemy, FastAPI/Flask, pandas, numpy- **AI/ML**: OpenAI API, Anthropic API, prompt engineering, model integration- **Databases**: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases- **Tools**: Git, Docker, Linux/Unix systems- **Development**: RESTful API designPay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per monthIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 31110, El Saucito, Chih.Application Deadline: 05/08/2025
