Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Support the Sales assigned organization (Division & Market) and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area.**This position reports to**:Sales Support Manager - Customer Support**Your responsibilities**:- Performs analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs. Proposes technical solutions for complex enquiries.- Plans and implements multiple simultaneous electrical projects at various customer work sites in the US, including the activities of staff and subcontractors. Identifies and manages opportunities to expand projects in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy profitability requirements, including change orders. Meets or exceeds loading targets based on team requirements.- Electrical projects will be focused in the commercial construction markets and may include, but are not limited to, retail, airports, entertainment, hospitals, education (schools, colleges, universities), multi-story residential and water/waste-water treatment plants.- Serves as the primary customer contact for the duration of each project. May commission, resolve specification issues, handle correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate/coordinate with staff as appropriate.- Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues.- Offers product/solution/service-related training to customers and other stakeholders.- Prepares and checks technical documents for submittal to customers.**Your background**:- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanic Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or related.- 2 years of experience in similar positions.- Experience working with Salesforce.- Knowledge of SAP or Oracle.- Project Management experience.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
