**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Manage the accounts receivable process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections.- Utilize MS Excel and Advanced Excel to analyze financial data and generate reports that support decision-making.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the Order to Cash process and improve efficiency.- Implement prompt engineering techniques to enhance the accuracy and speed of financial transactions.- Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.- Support the Record to Report process by ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.- Conduct regular audits of accounts receivable to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of the finance department.- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve any issues related to accounts receivable.**Qualifications**- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.- Possess strong knowledge of Order to Cash and Record to Report processes.- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.- Show experience in prompt engineering to improve financial transaction processes.- Have a detail-oriented approach to managing financial data and accounts.**Certifications Required**Certified Accounts Receivable Specialist (CARS) or equivalent certification.
