**Objective**Responsible for formulating and disseminating the quality policies that must be followed within the area, it is also responsible for ensuring that established procedures are followed. Coordinate the corresponding audit activities. Direct improvement activities related to the quality of processes/products, design quality improvement plans for Nemak sand-heart plant.**Main Responsibilities**- Promote the bases/discipline to ensure that the safety culture, processes, conditions, and behaviors of the personnel are carried out in accordance with the internal guidelines of the HSE, with a focus on the objective of complying with the indicator of zero accidents.- Coordinate the production workflow for the diversity of products, labor, equipment, and raw materials that are needed to meet production demand.- Process, consolidate and analyze the information of manufacturing costs for an adequate administration of the budget, together with savings projects.**Position Requirements**- Degree in Engineer Metallurgy / Engineer: Mechanical / Industrial Engineer / Chemical Engineer- English Advanced- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
