**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5002: Carrier - Plant B, Carretera a García Km. 1.3, Parque STIVA, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico**About this role**Supervised end-to-end logistics operations, including 3PL shipping, ensured customs clearance for both export and import processes, and managed national transportation for direct materials.**Key Responsibilities**- Ensure compliance with Safe Chain and Export Controls requirements in accordance with CTPAT and AEO certifications.- Coordinate meetings with departments such as production, purchasing, internal sales, engineering, and 3PL to follow up on activities and suggest process improvements.- Guarantee proper customer service regarding deliveries, shipments, and reports to Carrier Corp.- Ensure the importation of raw materials, indirect materials, and/or machinery necessary for continuous production.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree.- Over 3 years of experience in related areas.- Proficiency in Excel.- Advanced English.- Experience with SAP (Planning module).**Skills**- Leadership.- Customer service.- Adaptability to change.**Benefits**We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.- Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance- Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities.**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
