Control and get copies of the project documentation. Make copies for Production, Construction, Engineering and Fabrication areas. Occasionally get updated all the information related to the Yard Development.**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:- Photocopy of documents and work packages- Seal the documents and drawings and elaborate the document packages and update the lists of documents- Store and file the documentation received from client, vendors, design engineering, fabrication engineering, and etc. in the appropriate site.- The storage for all these information is in a share-point site, according to the organization Chart provided according to every project.- To submit the Job letter of every discipline of Fab engineering- Give assistance to areas such as Production, Construction, Engineering and Fabrication regarding Document Control- Maintain updated the share-point site where all the information is located- Activities to integrate the Project Book, when it is required- Support to organize, collect and prepare the information related to Lifting and Loadout manuals in the Fab CSE Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Engineering Services Manager or the Document Control Supervisor.**Other Expectations**- To Participate in the development of work instructions of the Document Control Department- To maintain a continuous improvement of the Document Control Department- To participate in the update and upgrade of the Document Controller Job Description.**Essential Qualifications and Education**:- Technical or higher; Bachelor is a plus.- 2+ years' experience in document control activities MS Office Packages, Adobe Acrobat professional and basic knowledge in AutoCAD as a plusLI-RM1
