Somos una startup en etapa temprana y buscamos a nuestro **primer Customer Support Representative**: alguien que disfrute ayudar a otros, que quiera construir procesos desde cero y crecer junto con nosotros.**Responsabilidades**:- Brindar soluciones rápidas, claras y efectivas.- Automatizar y optimizar procesos para mejorar la experiência de los clientes.- Recopilar feedback y transmitirlo al equipo de producto y tecnología.- Crear y mantener recursos de soporte (FAQs, tutoriales, guías).**Requisitos**:- 1+ año o 2 máximo de experiência en atención a clientes, customer support o roles similares (ideal en startups, SaaS o foodtech).- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita en español (inglés intermedio/avanzado deseable).- Empatía, paciencia y atención al detalle en cada interacción.- Interés por la tecnología y disposición para aprender rápido.- Capacidad de trabajar con autonomía y proactividad.Lo que ofrecemos- Impacto directo en la vida de cientos de restauranteros.- Crecimiento profesional dentro de una startup early stage.- Flexibilidad y cultura de trabajo cercana al equipo fundador.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
