Descripción y detalle de las actividadesUnder the direction of the Plant Manager RESPONSIBILITIES : - Accountable for overall performance and quality of the operations within the warehouse, receiving, shipping, production control and inventory control including proactively mitigating risks to the operations. - Develop, recommend, and effectively execute advanced logistics and warehousing strategies in support of new and existing business objectives. - Appraise service levels across assigned facilities, suppliers and stores; and provide guidance to address gaps identified in product supply performance. - Accountable for the overall accuracy of the database at assigned facility. - Drive appropriate team-based sourcing recommendations that drive total value to the operations. - Collaborate with Corporate, Group and cross-functional personnel, both domestic and global, to ensure alignment of key strategic objectives. - Advise senior level management on comprehensive business and market intelligence data including strategic opportunities and value-added solutions related to transportation, warehousing, service, supply chain trends, etc. - Effectively communicate team’s progress and value to top management - Ensure appropriate monitoring, management and transportation supplier performance, inventory metrics, on-time delivery, dock-to-stock and the cash-to-cash cycle. - Prepare annual department budgets and establish controls to maintain objectives. - Lead and ensure compliance with company principles, policies and legal requirements related to EHSS to include CTPAT, OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and IATF16949Experiência y requisitosREQUIREMENTS : - 7 years’ experience monitoring and controlling and inventory levels very closely - Cycle counts expertise - Develops and implements systems and strategies for accurately managing inventory. - Bilingual - Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience - Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in same position with a minimum of 3 years experience on sensors industry. - Supplier & Production planning experience. - Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment - Experience utilizing financial and data-driven techniques to make decisions; proven experience negotiating with freight and logistics providers - Knowledge and participation in LEAN activities, including participation in Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and other continuous improvement activities.**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Dirección/Gerencia**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** 7am a 6pm de lunes a jueves y viernes de 7am a 1pm**Estudios** Carrera Profesional**Sexo** Indistinto**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
