Business Systems Project Coordinator

**Job Summary**:The Business Systems Project Coordinator and/or Manager is responsible for managing and delivering one or more business systems projects that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing projects related to business systems and technology solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and objectives.**What You’ll Do**Project Planning, Coordination, and Execution:- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.- Coordinate project activities, manage resources or vendors and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.- Support requirements gathering as needed.- Coordinate delivery with vendors and external partners as needed for system implementation or integration.- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.Stakeholder Management:- Work closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and ensure project objectives align with business goals.- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clear understanding and agreement on project requirements and deliverables.- Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.- Work with stakeholders to address escalations and provide traceability.Quality Assurance:- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.- Organize and conduct UAT sessions with appropriate business users and obtain release signoff.- Oversee the testing of systems and processes to ensure they function correctly and meet user needs.Change Management:- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.- Prioritize adoption with user groups to ensure solution adoption to realize the value of the initiative.Reporting and Documentation:- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and status updates.- Ensure project deliverables are updated regularly, reviewed, and approved.**What You’ll Bring**- Strong project management skills, including the ability to create detailed project plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong project coordination skills, ability to coordinate multiple vendors- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., ServiceNow SPM).- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Knowledge of business systems, processes, and technologies relevant to the organization.**About Us
