Guide and develop the country’s fast-growing sales leadership team that helps drive Uline’s success as North America’s top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials**Better together **This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.**Position Responsibilities**- Guide and support sales initiatives for our Mexican Branches and Sales Offices, identifying and driving best practices throughout territories nationwide.- Oversee Mexico’s Sales Directors, Managers and Trainers, collaborating to implement targeted strategies that meet sales and profitability goals.- Conduct joint calls throughout our Mexican territories, evaluating performance and coaching sales staff.- Deliver hands-on, field-oriented training and mentorship to develop the overall capabilities of the Mexico sales team.- Communicate and present company updates and directives to Branch and Corporate sales leaders.**Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.- 15+ years of experience in sales / sales management with strong coaching skills.- **Bilingual (English / Spanish)** - strong English written and verbal communication skills.- Extensive sales experience in B2B supplies.
