As a family-owned company, our commitments to our people, products, customers, and corporate values, are all part of our recipe for success.**OBJETIVO DE LA POSICIÓN**- Capacitar y asesorar a clientes de mercado artesanal; mediante asesorías presenciales, para enseñar la correcta manipulación y funcionalidad de los productos Dawn. Garantizando que nuestros clientes conozcan al máximo la funcionalidad y beneficios de estos, para que logren resultados óptimos en el producto final._**ACTIVIDADES**:- _Presentación de los productos Dawn a clientes potenciales, con el fin de catalogar nuevos o incrementar ventas con clientes actuales. _- **_Disposición para viajar con los diferentes clientes de la región_**- _Planear, estructurar y desarrollar cada asesoría con anticipación, basado en las necesidades expuestas por el ejecutivo en la solicitud técnica. (Desarrollo de productos innovadores, estandarización de recetas, costeo de recetas, plan de trabajo, lista de insumos, reporte técnico en celular). _- _Apoyar el desarrollo de nuevas variedades de productos mediante la investigación constante de las nuevas tendencias y técnicas de repostería. _- _Participar en producción y dar soporte en exposiciones en los que la empresa decida estar presente._- _Participar en proyectos internos que el asesor de producto a cargo delegue (evaluación de producto, proyectos de mkt, capacitaciones internas etc.)_- _Producción de productos de panadería y repostería en laboratorio Dawn para clientes_- _Monitorear e informar a su líder directo o asesor de producto nacional sobre los productos de la competencia detectados._- _Manejo de buenas prácticas de higiene en todo momento._**EDUCACION**- Licenciatura en gastronomía o afín, carrera técnica._- _**EXPERIENCIA**- Experiência mínima comprobable de 5 años en panadería y repostería (panadería mexicana, repostería, pan europeo, pastelería americana)- Dominio de decoración de pasteles y elaboración de panes- Experiência en impartir cursos con más de 10 asistentes**SISTEMAS OPERATIVOS**- Manejo de office (word, excel, PP, outlook)_**COMPETENCIAS**- _Adaptibilidad_- Facilidad de palabra- _Enfoque y asesoramiento al Cliente_An Equal Opportunity Employer.
