At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Currently we are looking for our next:**Payroll Analyst US****Which is the main objective of this role?**The main purpose of the role is to execute US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment.**What will you be doing?**- Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito Lay:- Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements- Capture information in payroll systems.- Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.- Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs- Contiue communication and support with local functional teams- Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparationQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field- Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook- ** Strong English oral and written communication skills**:- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same timeOverview (Secondary Language):**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs**Thank you so much for considering PepsiCo to start or continue your career
