**Overview**:- We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Latin American sales team. This is a "hunter" role and this individual will primarily cover Mexico and will focus on driving net new direct business to Hyland. The Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue in the territory and attaining their quota by selling the company's software and services to new customers in the region.-**What you will be doing**:- Develop a comprehensive sales plan to meet/exceed established quota- Research and identify target customers- Prospect and develop business relationships with potential customers- Leverage knowledge and experience to educate potential customers on the benefits of the company’s solution- Record all customer account information in the CRM, including opportunities, commitments, significant conversations, customer visits or sales calls- Support sales solution engineers in the development and presentation of software demonstrations to potential customers- Provide information and support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process- Ensure effective transition of new prospects/end-users from pre-sale process to implementation; remain actively involved in process- Develop and communicate accurate sales forecasting on a real-time basis- Develop and maintain pipeline- Evaluate new lead prospects generated by sales associates and qualify as genuine sales opportunities, as appropriate- Actively contribute ideas to improve sales process and overall growth and quality of the sales team- Continue to grow knowledge and awareness of best practices and market trends- Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy**What will make you successful**:- Fluent in Spanish and English- Experience in software sales- Exeperience in ECM/Content Services or with other enterprise software solutions- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others- Strong at gaining consensus across multiple departments and leadership levels- Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact- Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking- Self-motivated with the ability to manage work to completion with mínimal oversight- Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas- Up to 50% travel time required- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job**What you can expect next**:**Employee Perks and Programs**- Flexible Schedule.
