Used Auto Parts Store.Callahan Auto Parts LLC is currently hiring an Energetic Super friendly personality remote Sales RepresentativeA person who is capable of taking a lot of calls maintaining a great customer service. WE HAVE A HIGH VOLUME OF INCOMING CALLSUsingKnowledge of Auto Parts and their location is a Plus but not necessary, we will train the person with the right attitude**MAIN DUTIES**:- Answer customer phone calls- Answer customer text messages- Provide information of availability and pricing of car parts- Provide excellent customer service to over the phone customers- Maximize sales transactions by meeting customer needs- Assist with other duties as assigned by management- Schedule part deliveries**REQUIREMENTS**:- Expirience : Sales, Customer Service and Call center. 2 year or more- **Bilingual English - Advanced level**- Calm and quiet workspace- Super friendly, charismatic and energetic personality. A People Person- Great Customer Service, smiling all the time and patience towards our customers - Be able to work with a team- Multitasking and answer a lot of phone calls at the same time.- Medium-Advanced computer skills- Have a deskpot computer- Have a webcam- 20Mbps download and 5Mbps load internet speed (speed test screenshot will be asked) ----- Have a spare plan for the computer and internet connection**Opening Shift**:- Monday - Friday7am - 4 pm Hora Mexico (con probable cambio a 8 am a 5pm en horario de invierno)Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm**Closing Shift**- Monday - Friday8am - 5pm Hora MexicoSaturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pmTwo 30 minutes lunch break per day.**COMPENSATION**:- Paid training ($2,500 PESOS MEXICANOS per 1 week of training)- $20,000 per monthBIWEEKLY PAY ($10,000 EVERY 2 WEEKS)No prestaciones, sera contratado como contratista independiente.- **WEEKLY OPPORTUNITY OF WINNING A PAY OFF DAY**1 Week of Vacations after 1 year.2 Weeks of Vacations after 3 Years3 Weeks of Vacations after 5 Years4 Weeks of Vacations after 7 Years6 Paid holidays every year.Must be able to start immediatelyExperience in sales and customer service is necessaryEnglish at least 85%**IF INTERESTED**:Pay: $20,000.00 per month**Experience**:- SALES: 2 years (required)- CUSTOMER SERVICE: 2 years (required)- CALL CENTER: 1 year (required)**Language**:- ENGLISH (required)Work Location: Remote
