Remote Bilingual Workers Compensation Case Manager

We are looking for an individual with strong bilingual communication skills and preferrably with a background in case management.**Responsibilities**:**Case Management**:- Oversee and manage workers compensation cases remotely.- Coordinate communication with clients and attorneys to facilitate doctor appointments, settlement process, etc.- Provide comprehensive support to clients and addressing inquiries or concerns.- Keep clients informed about the status of their cases and involve them in decision-making processes.- Follow up with clients on any upcoming hearing date, doctor appointments, anything specific pertaining to their cases.- Serve as a language bridge for non-English speakers involved in workers compensation cases.**Qualifications**:- **Must be able to travel** 3-4 times a year for training purposes (all expenses paid trips by the company to make sure our staff is well trained)- Previous experience as a Case Manager in law office **(DESIRABLE BUT NOT REQUIRED)**:- English level B2 or more **(REQUIRED)**:- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.**Salary**: From $20,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
