**Customer Service Supervisor**- **Lincoln-Goldfinch Law**_ **seeks an energetic and compassionate Customer Service Supervisor to join our thriving immigration and bankruptcy practice.**J**ob Details****Job Type**: Full-time**Schedule**: 8 hours shift / Monday to Friday 9am CST - 5:30 pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm**Qualification and Experience**:- Customer Service: 3-5 years (required)- Managerial/Supervisory: 2 years (required)- Bilingual - English & Spanish, written and verbal (required)**Full Job Description**Lincoln-Goldfinch Law seeks a fully bilingual (English-Spanish) Customer Service Supervisor to lead our Customer Service Team, which serves as the first point of contact for our new and existing clients.**Primary Job Responsibilities & Duties**:- Hires and trains a team of customer service representatives;- Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure they comply with company guidelines particularly related to quality of service;- Ensures that representatives are informed and up to date about the services Lincoln-Goldfinch Law offers;- Monitors and reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and other departments;- Reviews policies and procedures on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration for a seamless client experience;- Collects data and prepares reports on client complaints and inquiries and proposes solutions to improve client experience;- Prepares reports summarizing the customer service team’s performance to ensure the team is tracking against goals;- Prepares resources and feedback to the team for ongoing training and coaching;- Undertake other duties as needed to ensure the firm operates efficiently.**Skills required for the position**:- At least 1 year experience in a similar position (required);- Experience in the legal services industry (Strongly Preferred);- High level of attention to detail;- Excellent organizational skills: ability to juggle multiple tasks and matters;- Ability to communicate effectively across all management levels in the organization;- Team player;- Positive attitude.**Education**A Bachelor’s degree is required.**Our Core Values**COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE: We are each of us constantly striving to improve ourselves and our results.
