If you love a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can do what you do best and make a difference every day, our HR team is looking for you.**Role Responsibilities**:- Provide broad Employee Relations support to, specific business units- Participates and liaises centralized HR services across employee data, talent acquisition operations, benefits, grievance procedures and leaves- Communicates services with the internal and external HR information systems, HR program managers and specialists- Researches and resolves problems in a timely manner, finding the root cause of issues in order to provide accurate answers and facilitate appropriate solutions- Identify and drive process improvements- Interpret, review and revise Conduent policies, procedures and guidelines**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Organized: Must be organized and able to follow a systematic method of completing tasks- Ability to prioritize a must- Analytical Skills: Must be able to think and reason to solve a problem- Problem Solving: Must be able to find solutions within the Conduent guidelines, Federal guidelines and in the best interest of the parties involved- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned- Previous experience in a transaction processing and/or outsourcing environment (desired)- HR Generalist experience- Ability to supervise a project or a team- Basic to intermediate English level- Intermediate to advanced Portuguese level- Conduent is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, gender expression, sex/gender, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.- At Conduent, _- we value the health and safety of our associates, their families and our community.
