- Prepares documentation for the HR knowledge database.
- Resolves problems, finding the root cause of issues to provide accurate answers and facilitate solutions.
- Coordinates services with the HRIS, human resource functions, and employee relations programs to ensure compliance.
- Compiles issue logs/complaints and provides feedback on HR policy, processes, and programs.
- Identifies process improvements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
