You will play a critical role in ensuring our brand's visual identity is consistently reflected across all channels, contributing to our marketing campaigns, and supporting our sales efforts with compelling design assets.**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Website Design & Maintenance**: Design and maintain the company website on HubSpot, ensuring it is visually appealing, responsive, and aligns with our brand identity.- ** Print Marketing Collateral**: Develop print marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and presentation templates.- ** Sales Collateral**: Design sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and product sheets.- ** Lead Generation Support**: Create visually engaging ebooks and whitepapers to support lead generation efforts.- ** Event Materials**: Design materials for events and tradeshows, including booth graphics, banners, and promotional items.- ** Infographics & Data Visualizations**: Produce infographics and data visualizations to explain complex cybersecurity concepts.- ** Brand Consistency**: Ensure consistent branding across all web and print materials.- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create campaign-specific designs.- ** Web Optimization**: Optimize web graphics for performance and SEO.- ** Trend Monitoring**: Stay current with web design trends and best practices in the cybersecurity industry.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in web and graphic design, preferably in the tech sector.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.- Experience with HubSpot CMS and website design.- Strong portfolio demonstrating both web and print design projects, with a focus on B2B marketing materials and event graphics.**At The Global Talent Co.**, our mission is to bridge the gap between leading global tech companies and amazing global talent.
