Youll work independently to make impactful decisions improve supplier performance and optimize sourcing processesall while supporting a company that delivers cutting-edge technology solutions around the globe. What Youll Do Lead strategic sourcing efforts across various technology categories from supplier evaluation to contract negotiation and performance management. Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with suppliers internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Establish and refine sourcing and procurement processes that drive cost savings quality improvement and on-time delivery. Analyze sourcing data market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Drive sourcing initiatives that support inventory optimization and budget adherence. Review and respond to purchase requisitions ensuring alignment with specifications quantity needs and delivery requirements. Research and develop alternative supply sources and issue RFPs RFQs and bids as needed for strategic categories. Serve as a resource and mentor to junior team members while leading high-impact sourcing projects. What Youll Bring Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in procurement supply chain business or a related field. 5 years of progressive experience in sourcing procurement or supply chain management; minimum 3 years in a strategic sourcing role. Proven ability to manage complex sourcing projects and influence cross-functional decision-making. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. Excellent negotiation contract management and supplier relationship skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment. Familiarity with procurement software tools and ERP systems is a plus. A collaborative mindset and a customer-focused approach to solving problems.
