**Location**: On-site | Guadalajara, Jalisco**Client Location**: Kansas City, USA**About the Role**:LATAM Partners is seeking a highly organized, bilingual Sales Support & Executive Assistant to work from our offices in Guadalajara and support a U.S.based flooring and remodeling company headquartered in Kansas City. This role is key to ensuring smooth coordination across sales operations, customer communications, and executive tasks.**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide administrative and project coordination support to the CEO and U.S.based sales team.- Manage customer communication, scheduling, and status updates for flooring/remodeling projects.- Prepare and follow up on estimates, proposals, and sales documentation.- Assist in managing material orders, vendor coordination, and logistics.- Support the operations team with internal and client-facing communications.**Requirements**:- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in administration, sales, or related fields.- **Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.**:- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.- Experience in customer service, executive assistance, or project coordination.- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and/or Microsoft Office.- Experience working with U.S.based teams or clients preferred.- Interest or knowledge in the construction/remodeling industry is a plus.**What We Offer**:- Work on-site at our Guadalajara office with a friendly and growing team.- Monday-Friday schedule aligned with U.S. hours (approx. 8 AM to 5 PM CST).- Competitive compensation in USD.- Private health insurance.- Stable long-term position with a clear growth plan.- Direct exposure to U.S. business operations and processes.If you're an organized, bilingual professional looking for a role where your work has impact and visibility, wed love to hear from you.Pay: $18,000.00 - $23,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
