We are a recognized company in the Industrial Branch**Business Unit Manager****Experience**:bachelor's degreeExperience of 5 onwards as head of the Administration of the INDUSTRIAL BRANCH business unitAdvanced English (essential)KPIS AND CRM**Functions**:- Billing Adm and monthly sales reports.- Meet the sales target declared by Management- Supervise, execute and improve sales plans, programs and strategies.- Make strategic alliances with the cement and concrete commercial area.- Ensure a sufficient Operating Margin to guarantee the development of the business.- Exercising the cost of the branch at your expense.- Supervise the proper control and management of the branch's inventories.- Maintain strict observance of the normality of the Portfolio and Collection operation.- Coordinate the human resources in charge, ensuring a work environment that facilitates the growth of the business and favors permanence in the company.- Be accountable for the health and safety results of the business unit under their charge.- Safeguard, supervise and evaluate the optimization of the use of material resources (furniture, computer equipment, transport equipment, documentation, etc.) assigned to the business unit in charge.- Execute leadership and motivation of your work team.- Coordination with HR for the hiring of new staff- personal management- salary according to the market**Benefits**:**Attach updated CV in English or Spanish with Photography**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono mensual
