Carry out the dimensional and cosmetic evaluation of the raw material and required tests in a controlled manner.Approving or rejecting raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performanceInspection and report of test evaluations routines.Maintenance of documentation of routine test evaluations such as specific tests and Try outs in accordance with established procedures.Segregation and Identification of Non-Compliance Material.Monitoring of the final disposal of the Non-Compliance product.Receive Chemical and Mechanical certificates or others provided by Raw Materials suppliers.Control and distribute certificates to requesting areas according to procedure.Keep contact with customer to provide product certificates.Inspection for machining and coating suppliers.Responsible for inspect product on process and the final inspection.Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team.Performs documentation compliance analysis for CSP (Non-Routine) and releases against specificationsInspects product requiring Positive Material Identification with PMI (Positive Material Identification) Equipment..Generates returns to Internal Scrap and Supplier ScrapGenerate Rework orders for non-conforming products that require adjustment to meet specifications and quality standards.Removing products that don’t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve qualityRe-inspects the product or reworked material to ensure compliance with the required requirements and specifications.Segregate and Identify Non-Compliance MaterialRequest “Accepted As Is” approvals from the US Product Engineer in cases where non-conforming material may be functional.Performs audits of the process according to an audit program.Perform audits on the product stored at Fisher and before being shipped.Develops procedures and recommends changes.Align with applicable ES&H procedures, as well as ISO procedures and standards established in the RIT.Maintains safe and balanced work environment by following standards and procedures, and aligning with legal regulations.Support Traffic area sending back the nom compliance material to suppliers.Ensure the accuracy of invoice information and credit notes from clients and suppliers.Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.Prepare accurate and detailed reports of inspections and tests performed.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to evaluate and improve product quality.Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specifications etc.)**Requirements**:Industrial Engineer or similarEnglish skills 75%Maths, access. and ISO 9001 knowledgeDesire experience 1 year on part inspection.Strong understand GD&TWorking knowledge of MS OfficeDetailed knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
