Regional Commercial Sales Manager

**Position Summary**
Control and supervise every aspect of the commercial area in the assigned region, insuring the profitability of each of the commercial programs. Monitor reports, trends, competition and the market in general. Train, coach and provide support to DM's, SM's, TM's and CS's for the enhancement of customer service and commercial programs profitability maximization. Train, coach and provide support to DMs, SM's, TM's and CS's in the execution of the commercial program. Set the guidelines to increase sales and improve our market share. Supervise program profitability by reviewing the Loss and Profit Report constantly. Solve and follow up on the needs of the DMs, TMs and CSs and any specific needs of our customers. Manage the expansion and liaison between AZC and Operations in executing tactics. Develop and manage national accounts for high purchase volume and fleets.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Monitor, follow up and analyze the Reports with the TMs, DMs and CSs to insure commercial program profitability.
- Design and carry out career plans for the development and personal and professional growth of the entire work team.
- Work toward the insuring the profitability of each of the commercial accounts in his/her region. Detect business opportunities and guide the team to obtain results.
- Develop and implement new sales strategies that will lead to greater market share and profitability. Train and advise the SMs, TMs and DMs regarding all the commercial area functions and tactics. Select and recruit TMs, CSs and Drivers.
- Act as a liaison between AZC and Operations to insure compliance with Company tactics. Supervise TMs and CSs field sales and measure their performance; Customer Attention and coaching DMs, TMs and CSs to improve customer service; Maintain and increase the commercial accounts in his/her region.
- Visit Commercial Modules to insure compliance with commercial area plans and policies, and insure that they have everything they need to serve our commercial clients in accordance with company requirements.
- Visit potential clients and key accounts regularly; Control attention to National accounts; Maintain a close relationship with current AZC clients and get the work team to collaborate in developing new client
- Expand new commercial programs by prospecting for clients, proposing new markets, forming efficient teams, and controlling and supervising opening tasks.
**Position Requirements**:
- Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of Study: General
- Years of Experience: Five to seven years.
- Type of Experience: Five years on professional specialized sales Three years on controlling regional or national commercial accounts. Demonstrated experience on team development.
