The Strategy Analyst, is a professional position, applies specific knowledge of the area in the control, examination, analysis or evaluation of branch processes related Digital Banking Consumer, and must use tactics in coordination with different areas to share changes in digital channels. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within their own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. The general objective of this function is to obtain and coordinate the update of internal documents and process, MCA process, regulatory and internal reviews.**Responsibilities**:- Manage the regulatory document management process for all Digital Services.- Perform statistical reports using analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.- Solve a variety of problems using professional judgment, discretion, and operational experience.- Provide training and informal orientation to new and lower-level team members, as needed, on e-Banking service and features.- Update current and document new SLMDs with several support and operational areas.- Focal point with the IBCO team to provide the evidence for regulatory MCA controls.- Champion of Root Cause Analysis of Digital Channels complaints, to design mitigating actions to improve the service in the Digital Channels.- Owner of the internal documents of Digital Banking as IFIT (Financial Entities Bureau), PAP (Product Approval Program), Electronic Banking rate scheme, BINEs catalogs to perform transactions thought Digital Channels.- Execution of process of Digital Channels Management, as banking processes on the Regulatory site (registration, cancellation and modification), Scenario Analysis report, transfer of funds by commission of NetKey, attention and follow up of electronic banking files.**Qualifications**:- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.- Domain of Microsoft Office and Databases- Knowledge of industry standards and practices.- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances determine.- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.- Self-motivation and attention to detail.- Proven organizational and time management skills and decision-making.- Provides alternatives and tries different ways to solve a problem.**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.**Additional Job Description**- Ideal knowledge of digital industry and competitors.- Design and optimization of digital processes in branches.- Good English level- **Job Family Group**:Business Strategy, Management & Administration- **Job Family**:Strategy & Development- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
