Therefore, we need talented, innovative people who are passionate about what they do.**Marketing Innovation Coordinator****Main Purpose**This role will work closely with the Innovation Marketing leads to provide project management support to an average of 5-10 innovation projects per year which includes managing meeting agendas, timelines and coordinating innovation follow-ups and deliverables.The role interacts closely with cross functional teams including Marketing, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Insights, Legal, and Global Procurement. This role will also serve as the central team lead, managing 2 support analysts.**Responsibilities**:**Accountabilities**- ** PepsiCo Operating Model-New Product Development System Management**:- Creating, managing, and entering the most current innovation project data.- Maintaining all governance meeting calendar dates in the system.- ** Innovation Leadership Team (ILT) Coordination**:- Manage the creation of stage gate documents to move projects forward in the stage gate process- ** Department Communication**:- Own the creation and maintenance of the full Innovation Calendar of new products, tracking and managing the information flow across multiple teams including Large Format, Small Format, Club, Away from Home, e-Commerce, First to Markets, and Customer Exclusives innovation platforms.- ** Innovation Project Support**:- Support weekly meetings with each Innovation Lead to commercialize projects with on-time start ship and best in class execution.- Manage new product fact sheet creation under the direction of the Innovation Marketing Leads- This role will be critical to support key strategy efforts, including project reporting and market research.- ** People Management**:- Lead Innovation Analysts through the projects.Qualifications:**Qualifications/Requirements**- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design, or related.- Fluent in English.- 3 years of New Product Development Experience / Process or similar Innovation development processes experience.- Knowledge of New Product Planning systems or methodologies.- Ability to manage the details of up to 10 projects & make complex situations simple.- Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel, including formulas- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment- Strong analytical and systems capabilities skills- Takes initiative on assigned tasks and accountabilities with mínimal supervision- High degree of ownership, initiative, and intellectual curiosity***This position is based in Mexico´s City, Mexico.Thank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career
