"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Currently we are looking for our next:**Marketing Innovation Sr Coordinator - Gamesa****Which is the main objective of this role?**Contribute to the creation of a winning strategic innovation plan.Lead Mexico’s innovation projects, assuring flawless executions.Identify innovation portfolio opportunities, and lead projects from initiative conceptualization to materialization and hand off to marketing team (stage 3)Analyze market information to generate performance KPI as well as finding white spaces & opportunities.End to end leadership of platform driven innovation from conceptualization to execution and follow upQualifications:**What will you be doing?**Seek out and discern consumer needs and insights; analyze and anticipate competitive moves to define white spaces to propose the innovation AOP/ PSP.Lead local innovation to assure on-time and flawless execution until Gate 3.Contribute with the FEI process to assure incremental and relevant innovation based on consumer needs.A&M Budget management- Analyze the most important market information to generate KPIs reports.Lead Innovation Platforms like: Linea Cero, Chocotella, etc.Develop Discovery Brands**Who are we looking for?**Strategic thinking and strong business mindsetRobust analytic skills and the ability to translate data into market opportunitiesInnovation processes (Stage Gate) knowledge and implementation experts- New Product launches experts and technical understandingCapable of leading, sequencing innovation initiatives- 1-2yrs experience as brand/ innovation assistant- Creative thinkingDeep consumer, competitor and market understanding to formulate strategic insights and develop strategic hypotheses- Multiple project management skills- Good relationship skills, both internally and externally, to achieve strong partnership and collaboration.- Fluent written and spoken English- Strong collaboration/matrix managementDrive for results & deep intellectual curiosityDemonstrate perseverance & resilience in pursing goalsMaster Nielsen, Kantar & Iscam data bases for analysis, as well as main KPIsBrand building ecosystem knowledge & capabilities- Digital media profieciency, experience building brands via diverse online media.- E-commerce proficiency**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
