**Sobre nosotros**:Somos una empresa dedicada a ofrecer productos y servicios enfocados en el cuidado de la salud, comprometida con brindar una experiência excepcional a nuestros pacientes, atendiendo sus necesidades de manera eficiente, profesional y cercana.**Objetivo del puesto**:Garantizar que la información médica de los pacientes esté completa, correcta y actualizada, optimizando los tiempos de revisión y apoyando a los proveedores médicos. Brindar comunicación clara, profesional y empática, colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de medicina, atención al cliente y farmacia para asegurar una transición sin errores.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo base: $18,000 libres al mes, con pago quincenal.- Bono por productividad.- Prestaciones de ley.- Seguro de gastos médicos menores.- Descuentos y convenios en Cinépolis, Proulex, escuelas y campañas de salud.- Horario: lunes a viernes de 7:00 a 15:30 hrs.**Requisitos**:- Experiência mínima de 1 año en procesos de intake, sector salud, suplementos o áreas afines.- Inglés avanzado (nível C1) indispensable.- Comunicación empática y atención al detalle.- Manejo de plataformas CRM (HubSpot, Zendesk, Gorgias, Salesforce u otras).**Funciones y responsabilidades**:- Revisar y validar formularios médicos y la información de los pacientes.- Identificar casos que requieren documentación adicional o revisión médica.- Coordinar la programación de visitas y seguimientos con el equipo médico.- Informar al paciente sobre el estado de su evaluación y próximos pasos.- Mantener la confidencialidad y cumplir con normas regulatorias (HIPAA).- Actualizar el sistema y coordinar acciones con otras áreas según sea necesario.**Ubicación**:Avenida Américas, calle José María Morelos, 44600 Guadalajara, Jalisco.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Apoyo para estudios- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicosPregunta(s) de postulación:- Avenida Américas, calle José maría Morelos, 44600 Guadalajara Jalisco, es la zona de trabajo te queda viable?- cuentas con experiência en atencion al cliente, asesoria o ventas bilingues?- para la posicion necesitamos que tengas un nível de ingles C1 o superior, cuentas con ese nível?Lugar de trabajo: On the road
