As they continue to grow rapidly, we’re looking for a high‑performing Staff Accountant to play a key role in their financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency as they scale. Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist to support our client's U.S.-based home care business. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and autonomy. You will own the day-to-day execution of caregiver recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance while working closely with leadership and the HR Manager. This role is critical to maintaining a strong caregiver pipeline, ensuring full HR compliance, and improving caregiver retention and engagement. Strategic HR policy design, legal review, and final decision-making remain with leadership and the HR Manager; this role focuses on high‑quality execution and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Caregiver Recruiting & Hiring Post caregiver job ads across multiple platforms to source high‑quality candidates Manage caregiver referral programs and track referral performance Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule in‑person interviews Conduct reference checks for caregiver candidates Manage and continuously improve the caregiver recruiting funnel for speed and quality Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system with accurate, up-to‑date data Onboarding, Training & Records Ensure all caregiver files are complete, compliant, and current Create caregiver profiles in payroll and scheduling systems upon hire Develop, improve, and maintain caregiver onboarding and training materials Coordinate and track online caregiver trainings Conduct annual background checks across required platforms Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with U.S. HR requirements HR Operations & Compliance Support compliance with U.S. HR regulations related to hiring, termination, documentation, and benefits Assist with benefits administration (health insurance, 401(k), payroll deductions) Answer payroll‑related questions and coordinate with payroll providers as needed Manage unemployment claims with the Texas Workforce Commission Support the HR Manager with ad hoc HR and administrative tasks Performance & Retention Lead and support caregiver performance assessment processes Develop and maintain caregiver retention and recognition programs Partner with leadership to refine and communicate the caregiver value proposition Continuously assess and improve recruiting and retention processes to reduce turnover Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies: 5+ years of recruiting and/or HR operations experience supporting U.S.-based companies Proven experience recruiting hourly or frontline roles (caregivers, healthcare staff, or similar) Near‑native English fluency (written and verbal) – required Strong interpersonal skills with empathy, patience, and professionalism Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise strong judgment Highly organized with excellent documentation and record‑keeping skills Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, payroll platforms, and scheduling tools High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment Clinical background (RN, LVN, CNA, or similar) is a plus, not required Familiarity with U.S. HR processes; Texas experience is a strong plus Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation Discretionary year‑end bonus tied to performance Long‑term, stable role with growth opportunities Direct mentorship from engaged agency owners Fully remote role within Latin America (reliable internet required) Compensation is based on demonstrated experience supporting U.S.-based companies, English fluency, and ability to operate independently.
