Latam Fp&a Manager

This is a hands-on role in performing financial analytics for the organization and forecasting our financial performance. Will assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, supporting the Long-Range Planning process, analyzing actual results, and supporting management decision-making, for the LatAm region. This person will work with multiple teams across the cluster to analyze revenues & budgets and develop presentations for management.The role is critical to succeed on up and down coordination of business priorities between global, Americas and Latin America priorities to effectively manage regional P&L.This person will need to have special focus on financial evaluations and modeling of business strategies alternatives for organic growth. Financial evaluations modeling of business strategies alternative for other external growth opportunities including but not limited to Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions and other types of partnership arrangements. This will include ROI, NPV and DCF models as well as sensitivity analysis. This is a highly visible role requiring sharp finance skills and business sense. The position is based out of our Mexico Regional Office and reports to the LatAm finance Director.The LatAm FP&A manager plays a critical business role requiring a high caliber of experience, seniority and leadership skills to lead Regional forecasting, planning & analysis as well as provide commercial analytics for all Latin America Region. This individual is a key contributor towards providing excellent strategic financial analysis and counsel to optimize financial return and business performance, on a timely, accurate and actionable business decisions.- Strong analytical skills (forecasting and budgeting, capital investment analysis) with good commercial acumen. Be adept in structuring and solving unstructured business issues.- Demonstrated strength or success in business partnering with commercial organizations (Sales and Marketing teams, country General Managers, etc.)- Proven experience on effectively managing P&L’s.- Solid knowledge and direct experience using ERP systems and business intelligence reporting tools (Cognos Business Intelligence, Hyperion, Essbase, etc.)- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish at a senior leader in the organization.- Presentation skills, including ability to succinctly summarize key findings and effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.- Ability to relate to the business and its stakeholders to grow business acumen.- Logical and organized with the ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines both working autonomously and within a team.- Must be capable of working with both speed and accuracy.- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple conflicting requirements.- Lead and manage the process of annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation; includes oversight of capital budget program throughout the year.- Be an invaluable partner to the Commercial organization as well as Finance director to provide consultation and analysis to facilitate sound business decision making.- Guide and support the Long-Range Planning process together with regional Marketing Director and Local organizations.- Lead the timely analysis of business performance and preparation of the Monthly Business Review financial presentation for regional management. Includes the ongoing assessment and reporting of business risks and opportunities.- Provide analytics support to special projects for management decision-making, such as return on investment, product analysis, cost containment, etc.- Oversee and support the development and restructuring of new planning processes and systems.- Respond to ad-hoc requests across multiple business areas.
