At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Join PepsiCo, dare to transform.****Responsibilities**:**Commercial Reporting Coordinator****Main purpose**The Role of General Sales Support Coordinator is the responsible to support the E2E process initiatives linked to PBF DX teams, main communication related to sales performance of the business plans with different Sales Teams.Lead the Reporting & Analytics for PBF agenda through guarantee the OLAs & SLAs stablished with the market.**Your Impact**As The Commercial Reporting Coordinator your scope will consist of:- Guarantee end to end process is properly executed:- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery while working in process improvements and time optimizations.- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution of requisition related issues.- Track and Report KPIS and SLAs related to E2E Initiatives and Post Mortems- Guarantee the right communication with stake holders for the Financial Administration.- Ensure end to end process to identify, escalate resolve and report customer problems.- Winning stakeholder trust by understanding business context and being a strategic partner to stakeholdersQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**- Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelors’ degree- 3 - 4 years of relevant professional experience- Strategic thinking and Results oriented- Talent Development, People oriented- Assertive Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external)- Makes things happen, Setting the Agenda- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook- Advance or Fluent English oral and written communication skills- Advanced or Fuent Portuguese oral and written communication skills- Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel and BIWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
