A distinguished Premium Spirits Group is looking for a Software Director who will be in charge of organizing and managing the institution's computer systems development area, ensuring the optimal and efficient use of resources, leading the systems development projects area to achieve expected results in time, cost and form.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Strategy Design for the ERP.- Strategy Design for Software related to the services provided for example POS, Reservations, asset and file management.- Initiate and set objectives for programs in accordance with the strategic objectives of the organization.- Plan programs from start to finish including deadlines, milestones and processes.- Integrity, security and administration of the CAS Databases.- Prepare or approve budgets and operations.- Participate in the design of the strategic plan for the development and updating of information systems for the Institution.- Present technological alternatives.- Evaluate the organizational impact on the implementation of software and systems.- Participate in the development of guidelines, rules and procedures in the area of its competence.- Coordinate the integration of multiplatform systems.- Implement functional and operational procedures of the unit.- Coordinate the integration of multiplatform systems.- Coordinate the Web Development teams, APIs and integrations.**COMPETENCIES**- Focus on results - Achievement of Objectives- Planning- Service attitude- Adherence to norms- Effective Communication- Honesty- Initiative- Emotional Intelligence- Leadership - People Development and Respect- Conflict management and Problem solving**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor of Systems, Systems Engineer or Bachelor of Computer Science or similar- Master's degree in digital transformation, Business Administration, or Information Technology. (desirable)- Three years of experience in a similar position- Knowledge/Certifications in agile development methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).- Experience leading teams with management of DevOps Methodologies- Use of Kanban System for monitoring.- Use of DevSecOps Tools.- English proficiency.**Salary**: $90,000.00 per yearCOVID-19 considerations:The majority of the process is handled online.Application Question(s):- Do you have any certification in Agile Methodologies?**Experience**:- Software area direction: 1 year (required)- DevOps Methodologies: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
