The project manager needs to have an in-depth understanding of the project life cycle, be comfortable managing medium to large complex projects, with ambitious schedule commitments, in a highly dynamic environment, and involve multiple diverse teams spread around the world. They have to be comfortable interacting with and driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization in order to be successfulThis position is based out of San Jeronimo, Chihuahua, Mexico, just across the U.S. border, remote is not an option.**Responsibilities**:- Determine and define project scope, objectives, and requirements, involving all relevant stakeholders, to ensure feasibility and alignment with the goal of the project- Develop detailed project plans that include plans to manage scope, requirements, schedule, cost, risk, communications, changes, etc., and ensure its execution- Monitor and report to stakeholders on the progress of all project activity within the project, including significant milestones and any conditions that would affect the projects- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution to continuously measure performance, and areas of improvement and ensure the project’s success- submit project deliverables that passed quality standards and obtain stakeholders’ acceptance- Perform other related duties as assigned**Job Requirements**- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred- Experiences in automation development with EV-related industry.- Having commercial and business awareness; knowledge of manufacturing processes.- Familiar with nin-standard automation equipment developing process is a plus.- Ability to work proactively and independently, to remain flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity and pressure- Strong written and verbal communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish/Chinese is a required.**Compensation & Benefits**- Holidays: 10 days (8 by law and 3 additional days)- Vacations: 16 days- Vacation bonus (Prima vocational) 50%- Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo) 21 days.- Saving plan: 10%- Life insurance plan- Cafeteria- Administrative transportationTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $10,890.48 - $27,919.18 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Automóvil de la empresa- Días por enfermedad- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Seguro de vidaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
