Porque los desafíos que asumirás reflejan tus ambiciones**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**- 100% presencial en Planta Armadora Volkswagen, Puebla- Manejo de Outlook- Atención de usuarios- Resolución de incidencias en equipo de computo- Conocimiento en Microsoft teams- Razonamiento analítico- Conocimiento en office 365.- Conocimientos en proyección de pantalla- Habilidad para brindar soporte a usuarios de alto nível VIP- Alto sentido de urgencia- Comunicación efectiva**Requisitos y calificaciones**- Educación relacionada a IT (Puede ser a nível medio superior)- Conocimientos en ITIL Foundation (deseable no obligatorio)- Experiência en el manejo operativo de activos, inventarios o almacenes- 1 años o más de experiência profesional.- Conocimiento técnico en HW (deseable)- Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de Tickets- Excelente atención a clientes/usuariosSomos una empresa global con 35 años de experiência en el mercado, ofrecemos una sólida selección de servicios como: automatización, nube, Internet de las cosas (IoT) y experiência de usuario (UX).
