We take care of providing the best service to our customers and the best product on the market.We invite you to join this great teamWe currently have an open opportunity to Account Specialist/CSR 2- Your main activities are:- Execute product forecasts on customer accounts and translate forecast in to production orders to meet contractual obligations.- Place orders with RRD plants and supplier partners using the LS2 system for all plants on the platform.- Manage obsolescence risk on forecasts to minimize financial exposure to the company.- Work with sales and customer to define specifications of the customer projects- Develop production/distribution plans and coordinate packaging design as required.- Creates specification instructions for all plants and provides day to day directions and guidance to RRD plant and supplier contacts.- Negotiate pricing to agreeable terms and work with sales to get pricing established and delivered to the customer.- Work with cross-functional teams to insure quality, product safety, testing, environmental, and billing responsibilities are met.Benefits you will enjoy when you integrate:- Competitive base salary.- 100% IMSS quotation- Statutory and higher benefits- Vouchers for pantry- Medical expenses insurance- Direct hiring by the company.- Job security- Opportunity for growthOur ideal profile:- Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 3-5 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.- Bilingual required (English & Spanish)- Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity.- Ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments.- Proficient in Excel (mid/advance skills)- Mid Database Knowledge (queries and data mining)You want an interview?
