Together, we’re transforming our industry.**Your opportunity**We’re looking for a **Process Engineer** to join our **Manufacturing team **in **Cooper Solutions Cienega de Flores plant**.We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch**What you’ll do**- Develops manufacturing process instructions, setup sheets, visual aids, and training material for all Assembly area.- Knowledge on NPI process, Line Design, and Line balance.- Knowledge on Safety documents such as JSA(WSRA), ergonomic analysis.- Participates and leads/facilitates kaizen events and High-Performance Work Team activities. Works on set-up reduction, TPM, 5S, and problem-solving activities (including support the Six-Sigma activities).**What you’ll need**- ** Bachelor’s degree completed in Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering (or related).**:- ** At least +3 years’ experience in manufacturing processes (end to end).**:- **Experience in lean manufacturing, new products introduction, manufacturing process etc.**:- ** Continuous improvement based on Lean Manufacturing (Tack time, Line Balance, 6S’s, etc.).**:- ** Meet or exceed operational metrics for each product family (Productivity, Delivery, TPM, Schedule Attainment, DPPMs, Equipment Uptime, Scrap as a % of COGS).**:- ** Develop testing programs, Poka Yoke, programs on time for each product launch.**:- ** Continuous Improvement Activities to reduce Scrap, CONC and DPPMs.**:- ** Advanced English is MANDATORY.**- **_This position is 100% in person (plant based)._**:- **_This is a mid-senior position._****What you’ll get in return**We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
