And we give back - from planting 90,000 trees in our first 3 months as part of our One Tree Planted initiative to the Corporate Social Responsibility and Environment, Social and Governance practices embedded within everything we do, we are committed to powering human progress in an ethical, sustainable way.**Your Role and Responsibilities**- Administration of Service Now- Support to integrations- Knowledge of IT Help Desk policies and Workflows**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**- Six months of hands-on ServiceNow experience.- Business experience in database ideas and system management.- Knowledge of IT Help Desk policies and workflows.- A clear understanding of acronyms, industrial terminologies, and initialisms.- Maintaining ServiceNow instances and working on ServiceNow deployment projects for six months.- Certification in Service Now CSA**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**- Deploying and consuming the Service Now tool using web services and APIs- Management of Update Sets, for the control of objects with agile methodology- Good knowledge of JavaScript**Required Education**Bachelor's DegreeDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
