To continue growing as a company, we offer our employees great responsibilities and challenging tasks that allow our people to raise standards in all aspects of our business every day from day one**Your Tasks**:Role PurposeThe Shopper & Customer Mkt Manager is in charge of creating and executing the channel strategy for innovations and promotional campaigns based on the mkt strategy, understanding the behavior and needs of the channel shopper, and taking care of the value of the brand with the main objective of increasing sales and share in a profitable way.Main AccountabilitiesDevelopment and Implementation of the channel strategy and retail environment for innovation and promotional campaigns, aligned to the mkt strategy. Define scope of execution of materials by channel / client at the primary and secondary level.Development of Promotional Strategy in conjunction with Mkt and finance for each category / sub-category based on market understanding (competition), seasonality and according to brand guideline. In addition to making the descent to sales of the same and control of the correct execution.Understanding of Pricing / Promo by Channel based on the Brand Pricing strategy - Development, Monitoring and AnalysisCreation of Promotion and Key Initiatives (launches) by Channel for ABP and G2M monitoring. Define scopes (distribution) and SI / SO matrix.Postmortem analysis for main promotional campaigns and launches.Develop BTL campaigns (Activation) in strategic clients as a complement to promotional or innovation activities.Develop and implement step-up of ePOS strategy for Ecommerce: visual sales, A+ content, campaigns / displays.JBP Annual Plan with Clients (promotional overview, consumption trend, launches and distribution)Game Plan Channel / Client (G2M) by Q - Planning, execution and monitoringPreparation, control and execution of the Annual Budget (MB) aligned to the brand strategy in POSGuide Operational Plan, drop Field Sales team of priorities to implement monthly.Contact and negotiation with POS agenciesContact and creation of Plans with mkt/trade mkt/catman and customer sales areas. Accompaniment to sales.Execution Guidelines according to brand guidelines for primary and secondary exhibitionLeadership and development of the team in charge.**Your Profile**:- University Degree marketing, administration, engineering or related- 3 years’ experience in marketing and sales/ Shopper- Strategic vision- Thinking ahead- High level of analytical skills- Driving Results: Priorization & Simplicity- High Collaboration- Leadership- Fluent English**Additional information**:
